Tenant  Service &
​After-Hours  Requests

The Office of the Building has an online work order portal available to all tenants to be able to enter work order requests (hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, etc. ID badge requests, as well as overtime HVAC.) All Tenant Contacts have access to the online work order portal. The website is https://connect.buildingengines.com.

Always call the Office of the Building at (312) 525-8100 in the event of an emergency.

Dock and/or Freight Access

  • Dock, freight or both?
  • Access to which floors?
  • Contractor using the dock and/or freight
  • Contractor contact name and phone number
  • Name and number of who to contract upon arrival
  • Is the Certificate of Insurance current and on file at the Property Management Office?

​After-Hours Contractor Access

  • Tenant
  • Contractor Name
  • Description (work in space, delivery, pick up, etc.)
  • Date & time (beginning and end)
  • Access locations (floor, suite)
  • Space access to be provided by building or tenant?
  • Tenant representative who will be permitting access (name and contact number)
  • Contractor representative (name and phone number)
  • Dock, freight or both?
  • Guard escort needed in tenant space?
  • Is the Certificate of Insurance current and on file at the Property Management Office?
