Nightly janitorial service and trash removal is provided Monday-Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
DAILY PORTER SERVICES In addition to nightly janitorial service, day porters service the facility throughout the normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Day porters are responsible for stocking restrooms, responding to special requests, servicing common areas (elevator lobbies, common corridors, the 1st floor main lobby, etc.), building exterior and parking grounds and trash removal. As part of the buildings commitment to sustainability, the janitorial contractor uses only certified green cleaning solutions throughout the property and also uses EPA (recycled content) consumable stocking practices. |
