Air Conditioning and Heating:
Air conditioning and heating will be provided during the normal building hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and by request from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday (or per the requirements of your lease). Overtime HVAC Requests: When air conditioning or heating is required during "non-business" hours, the following procedures should be followed to request overtime HVAC (or per the procedures stated in your lease). The cost will be at the then current rate per hour per the tenants lease. There is a minimum of four hours. Requests will only be taken by authorized tenant contacts. Please enter an online work order via the online portal at https://connect.buildingengines.com. Please give the following information: In the description field enter the time on and time off (must use "a.m." and "p.m.") Invoices for overtime HVAC requests are billed via work order invoice. To conserve energy, please request only those hours that are necessary. Saturday HVAC Procedures: Effective Saturday, May 1, 2010, 101 North Wacker implemented a new HVAC energy conservation program, to conserve energy while saving tenants money. This initiative conserves energy by only running the HVAC system during Saturday hours (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) when requested by tenants. Please refer to the following procedures regarding this new program:
