When there is a problem in your space, simply let one of your company’s designated individuals know about the issue. Each tenant should have only one or two people who are designated to call in house calls (e.g. tenant contacts). Unless it is due to an emergency, work requests will only be taken from tenant contacts.
To notify management of a work request, there are three ways for Building Management to receive requests. The tenant contact may enter an online work order at https://connect.buildingengines.com, call (312) 525-8100.
Please be prepared to supply the following information in either a phone call or email.
Heating: Please note that space heaters are strictly forbidden in the building, as they are a safety hazard and against Chicago City fire codes. Also, space heaters disturb the accuracy of the building thermostats causing surrounding fellow employees to be cold.
Emergencies: If you have a situation that demands immediate attention, please follow the emergency protocol detailed in the appropriate section of the Emergency Procedures section of this portal.
