Key & Lock Policy

The Building uses a proprietary key way system.

At least one week prior to a scheduled move-in date, please provide the Office of the Building with a written request for key requirements. The request should include the number of keys that are needed for each lock. Each tenant will receive two suite keys, two women’s restroom keys, and two men’s restroom keys prior to move-in, at no charge.

Additional keys may be requested at any time by contacting the Office of the Building. Allow one to two days for delivery of completed keys. Please note that there is a charge for additional keys. If it is necessary to change the locks within a tenant space, please contact the Office of the Building at (312) 525-8100 for proprietary key way requirements.

In the event of an emergency, special arrangements can be made with the Office of the Building.
