The loading dock is located on Lower Wacker Drive on the west side of the building and operates from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Office of the Building needs to be notified of any deliveries (excluding courier services) being made through the dock. Only when the request has been received will it be entered into the daily building schedule. All vendors that come into the building to make a delivery need to have a certificate of insurance on file that meets the Office of the Building requirements before making the delivery. To avoid any delays of a delivery please ensure that a current certificate of insurance is on file. Deliveries during normal business hours are restricted to 30 minutes in the dock. Any deliveries requiring more than 30 minutes will need to be scheduled after normal business hours. To schedule time in the dock before or after normal business hours, please contact the Office of the Building at (312) 525-8100.
