The Office of the Building maintains a supervised loading dock located on Lower Wacker Drive. The loading dock is open from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For all incoming or outgoing mail, the delivery personnel are required to use ONLY the freight elevator. Please instruct all delivery services to use the loading dock and the freight elevator.
To ensure your mail is delivered to the proper suite, it must be addressed as shown below: Tenant Name 101 North Wacker Drive Suite Number# Chicago, IL 60606 Incoming Mail: U.S. Postal Service: The U.S. Postal Service will deliver mail to your office Monday through Friday. Delivery times are subject to adjustment by the U.S. Postal Service. If you have problems with your mail service, please contact your mail carrier or contact the Post Office during office hours of Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at: Chicago Post Office 168 N. Clinton St. Chicago, IL 60661 Telephone Number: 312.906.8557 Private Mail Service/Express Mail Couriers (FedEx, DHL, etc.): Tenants contracting directly with private express mail couriers will be served per individual agreement reached with the courier(s). These couriers must check in at the front Security desk before being allowed access to your space. A Fed Ex location and UPS drop off box is located in the lobby for your convenience. Messenger letters & small package delivery: All incoming packages are delivered to your suite by the delivery personnel. Messenger delivery personal must first check in at the lobby Security desk. Outgoing Mail: Private Mail Service/Express Mail Couriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.): To send out an express mail package, you may either call for a direct pick-up from your office or bring your packages to the 1st floor where there is a FedEx store location and a UPS drop off box. U.S. Postal Service: If mail carrier is unable to take your outgoing mail. You may bring all outgoing mail to one of the three mailboxes found in the 1st floor lobby of the building. The pickup times for these boxes are: The mail carrier will not pick up or deliver on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Messenger letters & small package delivery: Note: The Post Office reserves the right to change the hours of collection at any time. Building policy prohibits large sacks of mail and the use of two-wheeled carts used in the transportation of mail in the passenger elevators to prevent damage and injury. Mail of any form must never be left on the floor as it may be stolen and poses a hazard to others. Packages which do not fit any of the collection boxes should be taken directly to the Post Office or given to the U.S. Mail personnel servicing the building at the pickup times as noted above. Phone your courier of choice. The Office of the Building uses, and recommends, Velocity as an inner-city courier. Their phone number is (312) 944-0754. It is not required that you use this company and is intended solely as a reference. All couriers will need to check in at the front Security desk before delivering or picking up a package from a tenant.
