101 North Wacker Lobby Entrance: The principal means of entering and exiting the building is through two revolving doors on Wacker Drive. The south revolving door is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The north revolving door is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Washington Street Lobby Entrance: The revolving door located on Washington Street on the south side of the building is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Loading Dock: The dock is located off of Lower Wacker Drive. This entrance is restricted and should not be used for routine tenant access to the building. Delivery personnel will be turned away after hours and on weekends if advance arrangements are not made with the Office of the Building. Handicapped Access: A handicapped door is provided at the north end of the Wacker Drive lobby. The elevators are ADA compliant to provide access to/from individual floors. Special Note: Building personnel are strictly forbidden to provide access into any tenant space for any tenant or contractor unless specifically directed by the Office of the Building and the access has been authorized by the tenant. Persons representing themselves as tenants who have forgotten their keys will be denied access without proper authorization from one of the tenant contacts on the Emergency Contact List. The Office of the Building will contact you periodically throughout the year asking for updates to the Emergency Contact List to ensure we have the most current information, contact the Office of the Building with any changes or updates as they occur. Contractors or delivery personnel will be denied access if advanced notice and arrangements are not made with the Office of the Building by the tenant. ACCESS PHOTO ID CARDS & CARD REQUESTS The building uses a building key system for tenant access. All tenant employees working at 101 North Wacker Drive are also required to have an access photo ID card issued to them which is required to enter the building anytime outside of normal business hours. An access card is needed to check in at the Security desk and to access the elevators. New tenants to the building will be issued a new access photo ID card for each employee by entering an online work order via https://connect.buildingengines.com. Requests for new or replacement cards, access level changes and deletion due to termination’s or employees leaving the company need to be submitted to the Office of the Building by entering an online work order via https://connect.buildingengines.com. New access photo ID card requests are filled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. by the Security Manager visiting your suite. If you have any questions or problems regarding access cards or the access control system, please contact the Office of the Building. VISITOR REGISTRATION All visitors may enter the building from 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, visitors must have an access card or it must be stated on the afterhours building activity calendar. Unregistered guests will not be allowed to access the building after 6:30 p.m. or before 7:00 a.m. To ensure timely access please have all after hours visitors registered in the access card system or inform the Office of the Building at (312) 525-8100. |
